Hello! My name is Vera and I know how to take adult learners to the next level in the fluency and accuracy of English. I have been teaching for over 27 years and so I understand how people learn.

My passion is to find out what your goals are and to develop a plan to take you there. My teaching style is conversation-based, with grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation focus along the way. I can help you with English for the workplace, for presentations and interviews, or to have fun and develop English for travel. I love to engage learners in talking about all sorts of topics: business, industry, culture, travel, the environment-whatever interests you. I also use diverse teaching styles which include listening activities and using visuals and pictures. My experience includes tutoring French professionals, from all different workplaces business English. My experience teaching in public schools included English as a Second Language.
