Hi! I'm Devin, a native English speaker from vibrant Montreal, Canada. I'm also fluent in French and Spanish, which has enriched my passion for languages. I enjoy writing stories and journaling, reading, playing music and learning in general. I have many interests. Over the years, I've traveled to 18 countries worldwide, immersing myself in diverse cultures and connecting with people from all walks of life. These experiences have fueled my love for teaching, as there's nothing more rewarding than helping others unlock new perspectives through language.

Mistakes are a natural part of mastering any language, and there's no need to feel embarrassed—they're stepping stones to progress. When I began learning Spanish, locals often chuckled at my slip-ups, but they were incredibly supportive, valuing my efforts to connect in their tongue. One common hurdle I faced (and still find amusing) is homophones—words that sound alike but mean different things, like "witch" (the one with a pointy hat) and "which" (a pronoun). We'll tackle these challenges together with patience and humor.
