Hello,

My name is Claire, and I've traveled extensively throughout Latin America and India in recent years after working in cultural event planning in Cuba and France. I currently live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese and am passionate about music, hiking, and natural medicine (reiki, ayurveda, yoga).


During my trip, I had the opportunity to work as a piano teacher in an art school in Peru. I have been teaching French to many students since 1 year now. My lessons are divided into several phases: a conversation phase, followed by a grammar point and finally the viewing of a video in French which allows you to work on oral comprehension and to talk about current affairs and society subjects.


Passionate about travel, hiking, music and natural medicines, I can teach you French through conversations on a wide variety of subjects!

I offer complete courses with a discussion section, a grammar or conjugation exercise section, and a viewing section of a short video on a current or social subject.
